Great oveall product quality however when I'm increasing the height from the lowest point 28 inches and want to increase to anything more than 1 inch, the system short circuits. I found a work around where I have to discontinuously press the up arrow (vs. holding the up arrow for continuinous height increase). This is really annoying and I've reached out to the seller without any response...
