Freezer evaporator fan blade replacement
This was a perfect fit part, which enabled me to return my freezer to service without an expensive repairman service call. The evaporator fan blade was actually quite easy to install, after figuring out that it had caused the fan motor to stop running and allowed the freezer to stop cooling and to thaw out.

New design works like the original should have right out of the box.
It appears that Whirlpool fixed the issue with the original fan where it would slide down the shaft and hit the fan support hardware damaging the fan blades and making lots of noise.

An exact replacement for a part that fails often, and when it does, it'll take your whole freezer down and you'll know it. You'll have to pull all the thawing food out and remove the back panel inside the freezer to replace this fan.
