Great to deal with for a customised order. Arrived perfectly as expected. An incorrect adapter was sent to mount the wheel, and a replacement was sent out immediately when I contacted BigDog. They didn't require the wrong item to arrive at their facility before shipping the right part, which is great, because I'm on the other side of the world! Great customer service!
