Perfect Fit!
It is the exact replacement for the original needing no adjustments or corrections. Just pull the old and insert the new. I kept my original return hose as there was nothing wrong with it and the new one was much too short.

Beware of the hose that comes with the tank
Purchased the overflow tank and installed easily. on a 2004 Ford E350 Econoline Van. However, after driving the van over a period of a week, i noticed that I kept having to put water in the tank. We needed to make a road trip, an I wisely brought several gallons of water "just in case". While in the middle of the road trip, I finally noticed where the coolant was leaking from. The hose where it connects to the radiator was cracked, and then broke when I was investigating it. Was was able to cut of the damaged part of the hose, reinstall, fill up the coolant tank and continue the trip. 2 days later, I noticed that it was down on water AGAIN. When investigating the hose, I could see it leaking from a new spot. When looking for a new hose to replace the defective one that came with the ... It should do the job. Installs easily. overflow tube is too short for F-53 V10. Old hose was fine. Make sure you use big washers. Plastic needs washers to be secure.
