Best service ever! I ordered for “ pick up” on accident somehow. I didn’t notice until I tried to track shipping next day. I’m in Texas so it would be a little difficult to pick up in California lol. I tried canceling the order but eBay wouldn’t let me cancel it. I reached out to him via email and he responded within 12 hrs and canceled it from his end immediately. Great to deal with for a customised order. Arrived perfectly as expected. An incorrect adapter was sent to mount the wheel, and a replacement was sent out immediately when I contacted BigDog. They didn't require the wrong item to arrive at their facility before shipping the right part, which is great, because I'm on the other side of the world! Great customer service!
