1. Buyer choose UPS ground shipping (free for buyer). 2. Shipping from NJ to CA takes a long time nowadays. 3. We created shipping label on same day after payment and shipped next day. 4. According UPS tracking information, there was delay with delivery due to weather condition. 5.Buyer never contacted us with any issues or questions.
