Incredible mouthpiece, which could have easily been destroyed in shipment from US to UK. £300 mouthpiece was placed in flimsy plastic casing which had split completely from top to bottom, as it was packaged in a plain envelope with not even bubble wrap inside it. After all the consideration Mr. Ridenour has gone to to produce such fantastic products, (his clarinets as well as his mouthpieces), it's a disgrace. Luckily, mouthpiece wasn't damaged.

I'm disappointed that I must leave negative feedback as I am a huge Ridenour clarinet fan (I have a Lyrique). I know it takes time to manufacture a mp. I purchased on 4/28, asked for update on 5/11 (response said that it should be going out soon). Haven't heard since nor do I have the mp. Tracking info says not shipped. I've been patient, but no longer want the Homage mp. I purchased a Vocalise mp as I needed one for my Memorial Day concerts.

The sellers were very nice. They allowed me an extension on the trial period of the item, since we would be on a trip for part of the time. I ended up choosing a different C clarinet, but was very pleased with communication responsiveness of this seller. Also, the shipping cost and expedited deliveey were way better than the other seller.
