Item shipped and was as described. Came with a decent set of instructions as well. My only complaint is the quality of the nuts included with the u-bolts. They were new, but were a softer metal, so I picked up some grade 8 nuts and washers instead. Kit fits just fine and the u-bolts are juuuuuust long enough. Overall a nice kit at a fair price. Thank you.
