The culls were extra slick and silver appeared less as the coins were extra thin. There's some inconsistency with the cull coins because I've ordered others that are not nearly as worn down. Recommend selling them with extra worn designation and priced to reflect the wear. Cull seems too broad when slicks are in the mix. If I would have gotten a price/credit adjustment it would have been positive.
