    Transaction, shipping time and packaging looked great. Unfortunately the dress had damage that was on the side of the sleeve when it arrived. I contacted the seller and shipped it back immediately. Seller claimed they fully inspected it before shipping, claimed I must have burned it ironing (I had just unpacked it, never ironed it or did anything at all) and would not honor a return. I can see how it might have been missed but am extremely disappointed and do not recommend this seller
