To ensure we have a SIM card before we leave for Greece, the seller instructed me to place another order and they shipped the 2nd SIM card out on the same day. After USPS redelivered the 1st SIM card, the seller paid for return shipment of the 2nd SIM card and provided full refund as soon as they received the returned package. It was a great pleasure to go business with them.
