    Fixed!

    My 200 Crown Vic was reading 127 degrees outside temp. Although there was no evident damage to the original, this replacement part has corrected the problem. Fast and affordable too!

    Does not work on first install

    To be fair, ordered new pigtail wires. They were supposed to fit. They dont. . Tested the new sensor . Doesn’t work . Reinstalled the old sensor . Works but 10 - 15 degrees off using the Fahrenheit scale. Ordered a new sensor (different manufacturers) with new pigtail wires. Will return the Ford sensor when the new one works.

    Ambient Air Temperature Sensor

    Works as intended so far. Only off by a degree or two from the bank temp display. But my other cars are off the same at times and sometimes are the same temperature.
