    Condition of stamps is good and as described with accurate scan. Price reasonable for the item. Packing okay, no shipping invoice included which should be required by eBay. The PNC- 5 coil was wrapped in clear baggie type material and then taped with clear tape making it difficult to extract the coil of stamps from the packing. I give the seller a positive review as the stamps are in P.O. Fresh Condition and arrived okay.
