    Initially sent wrong size idler pulleys ( a problem with stock numbering ), but a phone call got immediate response with the correct size pulleys sent priority mail and told no need to return wrong pulleys. Kept fully updated thru process with return phone call and sms's. The new pulleys actually measure slightly narrower than advertised but should be OK as belts are running true. And everyone else appears to be selling those same MATSUMO pulleys ? ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT SERVICE, RECOMMEND HIGHLY.
