The seller took care of all the shipping. I was happy with the shipping cost. And when there was a last minute complication with delivery on my end, necessitating an unforeseen extra dock charge, the seller paid for the charge promptly so I could pick the item up. When the package arrived, the carton was torn open and a few parts were laying outside the box. The seller did respond to my concerns did offer to accept return the item even though their ad stated "no returns", so that was a positive.In the end, I was able to locate replacement parts so everything should be good.
