    Solid switches, good value and good size.

    This 8 gang switched extension lead has good solid switches, is not too bulky and at the price is not expensive compared to some others available. The second one I've purchased as the first was so good.

    Questionable construction

    The mechanisms for the switches and sockets are poorly constructed. The sliders beneath the earth sockets either do not move, are very stiff or are juttery. Some of the switches wobble as they are not seated properly, and none clicked with the feel of any standard UK socket switch. This leads me to a lack of faith in the quality of the electrics/electronics and risking my other electronic appliances by using this, despite it seeming to work fine. Returned for a full refund.
