I finally broke down and bought the ONE POUND roll of this solder! I bought the 100 gram size a couple of times before and it's GREAT STUFF! If you like the old 60/40 Radio Shack solder, than you'll LOVE this!. I find the .8 mm to be the most practical for most work, even surface mount. They have a great store too! I really want the solderless breadboard they sell! Well, NEXT TIME! Take care!

I bought some solder last year from another vendor turned out to be made in China, not that all Chinese products are bad, this stuff would NOT flow or solder at all, appears it didn't have any rosin core or flux in it all it produced were cold joints, it would not solder at any TEMP. The RSR solder works great.

But all in all a good experience, I suppose. Had they not have waited 3 days to ship it. I would have given them 5 stars.
