Buyer waited till after the normal Christmas shipping rates changed. As it gets close to Christmas all mail carriers change their services offered and go up on price on others. The carriers selected by the buyer (FedEx) had discontinued that service prior to his selection. His selection was discontinued during the day at close of business as he selected it that night after the closing. I offered to drive over 70 miles to see that his child got the purchase (police or fire station but he refused.
