I replaced my La-z-boy with this pc420 and am so glad I did. It does take some getting use to, but ultimately the difference was day & night. The only down side is its a bit more difficult for my dogs to jump up on my new chair with me. The people are very nice and responsive to requests. Bruce was specifically helpful. The chair that was sent to me arrived very quickly and is a display model ... but looks and feels like brand new. ��

BEWARE: they say free shipping on sale page but when you return the chair they will not refund the full amount saying it’s to cover shipping cost to you. This was over $300.00. I also paid almost $300.00 to them for return shipping through their shipper. I have an email from them that says the 300.00 was to cover shipping costs of sending to us etc which I think is under the guise of restocking fees. Also for sterilizing the chair. The chair was filthy when I got it. Full of crumbs etc.

The item is completely genuine. It has all the velcro to hold it in place and the button to adjust the back with air. Thank-you so much. The cover on the old pads was peeling away. I now have a new chair. It would have cost as much to have the old pads re-upholstered.

These are Genuine Herman Miller Casters. Only the Hard Floor Casters have the rubber edge. Not these standard casters. BACKSTORE
