Love it
I really like the stretches in this video. It may be to easy for younger people but anyone older that’s out of shade, these stretches are awesome. I do these stretches after every workout. Highly recommend all the Pilates for Life workouts. The only one I didn’t like is the one with a ball. All the others are awesome.
