      Pretty good, but you have to work it a little to make it fit with the OEM back.

      If you're expecting OEM fit and finish, this isn't the part for you. If you need something that works, you've come to the right place. I used the original back with the new front. The halves didn't meet too well (I used a knife and scraped the edges until they matched). Other than that, there was no problem. Remember to transfer the RFID chip or the key won't work. Go to Youtube and you can see how it's done.

      Worked Perfectly And Saved Me ~$192.

      The remote buttons area on my key had begun to disintegrate. I was able to determine my 2006 RAV4 base model did NOT have the engine immobilizer feature. I opened the old key and removed the remote module (refer to "how to change the remote battery" in owner's manual for instructions). Bought this new key and my local hardware store cut it for free. Put the new key together and it works perfectly. Appears to be of good quality. So for ~$6 I was able to solve a problem a genuine Toyota key would have set me back $198. BTW, even if you have the engine immobilizer feature, you can move the RFID ship from the old key to the new key.

      Thank you. Perfect replacement for a pair of very expensive Toyota Rav 4 keys. The local locksmith removed the two original chips plus the two chips needed to start the car. Then cut the two replacement keys, then tested both to ensure they both worked for $30.00. total. Way better than any online key or dealer replacement keys. Shop around then have your key code in hand. These new key blanks seem solid. As the 2006 factory Toyota keys, have very little metal on the front of the key. So they crack or break off in your hand. If your key push buttons are worn or missing. Give these a try. As I use the original valet key (with the chip). So we have two spare working remote keys. One is in use, Plus one as a spare. To make the deal even better. I used a piece of wire and hid the worn ...
