Highly recommend this simple Bible narration with pictures.
Bargain for what I paid for this dvd! The narration is excellent and I learned how to properly pronounce many words that were difficult. It allows you to stop and change chapters or books easy enough. Easy to go back a page or forward. Doesn't have a high light feature which would be nice for an upgraded version for this. If you want a simple Bible narration this works great!! You can read along with this or pause for additional time to take notes or such!Bargain for what I paid for this dvd! Decent product for the price I paid!!
The reason I brought this product is because sometimes I don't feel like reading the bible I like for it to be read to me. What I like about this product is that it reads the entire Bible(old and new testament)and it has a picture gallery of the holy land. What I dislike about it is, sometimes it'll skip over a chapter instead of going from chapter to chapter like you would expect it too, then again it could be the DVD system I'm playing it on(which is pretty cheap). Another dislike is the music being played during the reading. On lots of the chapters(especially in the new testament), the music is to loud and annoying too the point where I can't listen any more. But on the flip side of the annoying dead sounding music, you can turn the volume all the way down and start ... Why I Bought It: looks like a real book has large easy to read text can easily go to any chapter can sit back and let the narrator read it to you This is basically the raw text from the Bible. No explanations or application or concordence features, which I found myself used to having.

A great way to listen & see Words of Bible on TV!
This dvd is great for reading the Bible. My family read through the Bible with it last year. I love that the words are put on the tv screen so they are easier to read. We did find a few errors in the reading as we followed along with our own Bible ~ words read incorrectly, inverted, omitted ~ but only a few. I think it was just oversights on the reader's part. Overall, a good value and worth getting!This dvd is great for reading the Bible. My family read through the Bible with it last year. I love that the words are put on the tv screen so they are easier to read. We did find a few errors in the reading as we followed along with our own Bible ~ words read incorrectly, inverted, omitted ~ but only a few. I think it was just oversights on the reader's part.
