I took a gamble to see if these would work for a 1948 International KB5 truck I fitted with CJ-2 Jeep headlight trim rings. They were too large in diameter, but were easily cut and fitted. A set of spring clips did hold them in place. However, they were now too thick to get the trim ring over the headlamp. Plan B. I used them on the outside lip of the trim ring as a seal to the fender. Now too short, but I glued/fitted them on the trim ring edge and they worked for my custom application. A++++
