    Some time after the sale, the site's item description was altered and the better part of the item was not sent. Additionally, though purchased on 10/6/2021 as an obvious Halloween costume, the package was mailed/postmarked on 10/27/2021 and did not arrive on time. Communication with the seller has been fraught with untruthfulness, yet eBay has the site labeled as, "Altered." I have been an eBayer for over a decade; this Seller is an insult to the site, and should be banned.
