Good value for the low price, but if you can get a better one then do so
I paid only $11 for this chef's knife, which is unbelievably low. It is very light weight-which you might like-but I prefer slightly more heft for chopping cabbage and carrots. There is not much of an edge and even though I've only had it three weeks there are marks on the coating of the blade. If you have to be careful with money, this is the best you can do for so little. If you can spend more, I recommend buying Zyliss.I paid only $11 for this chef's knife, which is unbelievably low. The blade itself was very sharp and durable, but the handle is really tiny for the size of the blade , it feels like it can slip out of your hands easily.
