Instead of sending me correct product or refunding me, they wanted me keep wrong item by offering 25% off. Their mistake means I get to take time off work, drive across town to print a label, repackage this and then stand in line at post office; all for a $12 item. Poor customer service, no accountability, no apology. Waste of time. BEWARE
