I was taking DHEA that I purchased from a major retailer, W_____t and when I started taking it's replacement from Swanson, I noticed increased strength and energy. The 50 mg. dose is good for me because it can bring on aggression and irritability. I tend to buy Swanson nutritional supplements because they are always high quality at a low price. feeling good
i feel that this product works.i take it combined with b 50 complex and creatine/amino acids.i also work out.i feel better than using the stack without dhea.maybe is just me but i feel far better .i recover faster and have great energy.i actually gained some weight but kind of starting to get rid of my beer belly.we ll see what is going to happen in the future.for the moment i am really satisfied with this dhea version. ps.i used it before from a different brand but it had no effect...this one is ok.i feel that this product works.i take it combined with b 50 complex and creatine/amino acids.i also work out.i feel better than using the stack without dhea.maybe is just me but i feel far better .i recover faster and have great energy.i actually gained some weight but kind of starting to get rid of my beer belly.we ll see what is going to happen in the future.for the moment i am really satisfied with this dhea version. ps.i used it before from a different brand but it had no effect...this one is ok.

DHEA is good for improving fitness, skin tone, and building muscle for men over 30. It can also help you recover from infection and illness slightly faster. I use the 50mg dose two or three times a week. There are very few reliable guides to dose so you will need to experiment for yourself. This is just a supplement so taking more than you need or not following a balanced diet with exercise is just wasting money.DHEA is good for improving fitness, skin tone, and building muscle for men over 30.
