A very bad shopping experience. The EDG pipe joints I received were completely non-compliant and could not be installed. The quality of the rubber connectors was also very poor. After three installations, they leaked and could not work properly. Contacting customer service did not solve the problem at all. I disagree. Refund. You can only repurchase parts, which makes repair work and time very long. Not recommended to buy.

This customer reached out to us stating that he had an issue with the EGR cooler, we would normally offer a replacement, but the customer said he had already purchased a replacement cooler. We suggested that the customer open a return request so that we could provide a prepaid shipping label to return the cooler for a refund, but he insisted on not returning the item.

FedEx delivery was bad didn't know where package was for 5 days. But contacted seller responded quickly every time I emailed them they also contacted FedEx to find out problem offered replacement or refund if FedEx didn't find package, but package finally delivered very well packaged and looks great. Cummins Exhaust manifold- The stainless manifold is a cast that has several imperfections in it. If you’re looking for performance manifold that looks great this isn’t the unit. As for performance I haven’t installed it,but by the looks of it will flow much better than oem. The price and performance side at the cost is a win win!! If you’re wanting looks this isn’t it.
