I bought these for our instrument sets basically for cutting off surgical drapes at the end of cases. These seem ok, but a little flimsy. But they should do the job I bought them for. Basically, they don't feel like good surgical steel quality, but they'll work for what I need them for. Items were exactly as described and arrived quickly. I would do business with them again.
