Shipped old stock
Unit shipped had a manufacturing date code of March 2021. Given that a sealed lea acid (AKA valve regulated lead acid) battery has at best a useful life of five years - under ideal conditions - the battery I received had about half of the expected life of a new battery. Close examination of the terminal lugs suggest that it was unused, just old stock. Not worth the hassle to return.
