I contacted this seller and he/she was willing to ship it back out to me if it was shipped back to them. It turned out to be unnecessary, but I appreciate their willingness to help fix MY error. It was perfect . The way I know this is I had 2 same crosses before It was a good price. The packing was very well done. So I say it was better than described.
