Massager is not working properly.
I purchased a massager, when I opened it I was so happy to have found one of these. The item was complete when I took it out of the box. There was one defect, something rattled when I took the massager out. I hoped it was something minor, as I connected it and started it I heard a lot of noise and the massager was not working properly. 😕 I turned the power off and shook it and it but it still had the noise and no massage movement. I turned the power off again took off the massagers screw on pieces and rescrewed them on, but no movement. Needed to be opened and the piece that was rattling inside was the problem. It was stuck to the part that moves the massager in order to massage. Repair cost me $20 extra. Disappointed because the problem was not described in the items description so I could have known what to expect and could have gotten it for less at least. When fixed I was absolutely 💯 happy.
