    Unfortunately, as I opened the package, I discovered the beak had been broken off. Another casualty of the Postal Service. The piece was very well packaged and protected, but unfortunately, the beak was a vulnerable spot for breakage, and evidently the package was bounced around. I notified the seller who immediately Responded. Excellent communication we worked out a compromise which I think was agreeable to both parties. I highly recommend this seller.
