    Thank you for your understanding. The shipment could not be shipped via "Media" rate and normally eBay will not allow for it to be listed this way when I created the listing. But, for some reason, the eBay system did not "flag" this item when the listing was created, yet disallowed the media shipping when the order came through.     I appreciate your understanding. However, to be clear, the snaffoo was simply a "typo" in the title stating 6 tapes. The pictures showed 5 tapes with 6 cases (one of which was shown empty). I instantly recognized the mistake when you said you only received 5 tapes and I explained what had happened. The pictures verified that you would be receiving 5 tapes. Thank you for your polite messages and understanding. And, again, I apologize for the error.
