I love this item.. The only issue I have...
I love this item.. The only issue I have with it is that the charging prongs on the base are spring loaded and if they get anything on them they stick down to where they won't reach the cup to charge it.. I know because this happened to the last one I owned and eventually the base quit working but the cup is still good. Couldn't find anywhere where I could purchase a replacement base only so I had to purchase another complete set..
