      Shipping time was good. The item arrived damaged. I have no idea if the damage occurred during Shipping but, it's quite possible that it did. Packing was adequate unless item was mistreated during shipping. I messaged seller about the damage. They asked for pictures, which I sent. Next morning I was notified that a full refund was on the way. Communication with seller was very good. No problem doing business with this seller again.

      Received the product as described. I did run into a little hiccup with the delivery being inaccurately reported on eBay and DHL as not delivered. When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.

      Great Product, but....

      This is a great product, but I have ultra sensitive facial skin. I wanted to use this on my face since I am extremely acne prone. This dried my face out to the point of scabbing, redness, and sores. I have extra oily skin full of hyperpigmentation, and I am African American so the spots are DARK. This doesnt mean it will do the same for everyone, but I have really tricky facial skin to deal with. It likes nothing. I use this elsewhere on my body mixed with my lotion or coconut oil, and OMG my skin looks and feels amazing!

      Aloe Vera works

      I am going thru cancer treatment and my skin was breaking down from too much itching , Aloe Vera has been the best thing to stop the itch and restore the skin, My 2nd home is in Hawaii for over 50 years I have aloe growing on the lanai . So when my visitors are in the sun too much I go cut a leaf stop the pain and heal the skin.Now I use more than a leaf or two so having it in a bottle what a blessing, Thanks Lily of the Desert for taking some of the labor out of it cause I cover myself at bed time so I can sleep and not itch and my skin looks great, normal and good
