Hulu was not one of the soft keys. However, my 87 year old mother was given a work around. She was shown how to speak into the Fire Stick mic and request Hulu that way. NOTE: The seller did inform me that the stick keys could be reprogrammed, but I didn't feel like googling and figuring out how to do that myself.
