The dress is exactly as described, brand new and sewn with skill, there's a lot of smocking in it and it looks beautiful. It fits great and is well worth the value of cost and shipping. Sorry my feedback is a little late, but I'm dealing with the flu, so I'm not up to my usual timeline for orders.
