    880 is good

    It's on a quarter at 45ft so thats out of the box, yep i like it i recommend it and it's light at 3.5 lbs and can pump to 10 if need penetration of varmint it's rated at 750 fps as it sounds as quick as many others especially with a 5 grain new pellet very good shooter with my big 10.6 grain also trust this gun its a value

    this is my second 880(the first one works like new,20 years old)the first one came out of the box dead on,i could hit the red dot on a 7-up can at 25ft all day long,this one needed to be adjusted but the barrel sight has a strip of floresent plastic running the length which is more visable and easier and faster to line up,GREAT PELLET RIFLE"!!!

    Released in 1972 and still one of the best.

    The Daisy 880 was released in 1972. I got my first in 1982. It saw A LOT of use and even some abuse. It never failed me. Eventually i think it ended up going to one of my nephews. Not as strong as it once was, but still very capable of Plinking cane and target with plenty of power to do so. Today i still have an old 880 with the metal receiver and one new one with plastic receiver. Both are very dependable and very accurate. You really can’t go wrong with any of the Daisy rifles. The Red ryder is an excellent first choice with its low price and decent performance for new shooters. the 880 is excellent for intermediate to advanced shooters that want something a bit more realistic and more power and accuracy. The Daisy 499B is said to be the most accurate BB gun on the planet. i have all ...

    Ready to go out the box!

    Replaced one I had as a kid and was nervous if the quality would still be the same. Once I recieved it I tested it and my goodness its spot on right out the box. Had better results with pellets verses BBs but best 60 bucks I've spent in awhile! I only use it to keep the birds out my backyard and it packs a bunch just like the original. Highly recommended and extremely impressed!
