    I did not get a refund on item purchased but not received. I purchased a nice quality and brand sweater. Seller sent a gymnastic suit that was not what I ordered and it smelled very bad. ( it had to be bagged in separate bag due to odor. )They would not refund my sale without the condition of returning smelly item. (Seller did provide label to ship back) i believe seller should have refunded me irregardless as it was their mistakeI would not recommend purchase from this seller. Use caution.

    I accidentally swapped two items when preparing shipping labels. I immediately worked to fix this error as soon as I was notified. This buyer has now received the correct sweater. They did not returned the item received in error so I fully refunded the other buyer for that item. Please look at my other reviews for accurate buyer experiences! :)
