It is also a 220V model and NOT a 110V for the US. Third, the package was damaged, and it really looked like it was a return item, NOT new as advertised. Scam all around!! My messages to the seller RSK were answered exact once then they stopped responding. This is what they wrote: "So sorry to hear that! How can we remedy this for you?" AVOID this seller RSK!

I did run into a little hiccup with the delivery being inaccurately reported on eBay and DHL as not delivered. When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.
