"Aged to perfection"
I have used this Alessi balsamic vinegar on salads, meats, for bread dipping and even on fruit. More as a joke because I tell everyone that it is so crazy good, I think I could eat it on ice cream. Which after having the thought decided why not. Had a bowl of vanilla ice cream with a few fresh strawberries, chopped fresh mint, and a drizzle of Alessi . Oh my that was even amazing. Debated about buying 6 bottles, but now I am so glad I did. LOVE IT!!!!!

Not worth the money.
For 20 year old balsamic it is not good. This balsamic vinegar is not better than 2 year old one. Very disappointed.
