The condition was exactly as stated on the order, and it's practically a steal for the price offered. Looks like it's brand new right out of the box. The only problem I've run into is that it might have gotten jostled in transport because if I leave it idle for about 20 minutes or so, the Dell SupportAssist tries to say there is no hard drive. The seller has offered a repair or refund, which shows they stand behind their goods.

Thankfully the customer service was very patient with me and was willing to exchange the laptop for the correct one.
