    Digestive aid for food absorption

    My family and I use this product before every first bite we take before a meal. I hesitate to eat without it. I have spastic colitis and certain meals trigger a reaction to foods. Taking the Essential enzymes has alleviated that reaction for me. NOT only has this enzyme assisted in digestion, it has made every meal more enjoyable and for me, I have actually lost a few pounds since using this enzyme. For my husband, if he eats a meal after 6PM he cannot sleep at night, but when using this enzyme, he has not been having that problem. We are sold, we take one before breakfast, lunch and dinner. My daughter who recommended the essential enzymes is in the US Marine Corps and she also takes this enzyme before every meal.

    Resolved My Digestion Problems

    Just another aspect of aging is the fact that our bodies produce less essential digestive enzymes. The decline in enzymatic production makes food much harder to digest. This leads to all of the associated problems with digestion, such as: heartburn aka GERD, gas, bloating, constipation and the rest. I've tried many other enzymes to try and control my issues, with little to no success. These have been the best, by a long shot, since they work quite well.
