OKay I do not know much about how to judge this item/product but IT WORKS. Be careful and make sure you use only ONE tablespoon to start.....because it make work TOO GOOD! Just a word of caution! Does not upset your stomach even if you take more than a tablespoon...in fact it does the opposite...it makes you feel GREAT because you feel the cleansing and NO it does not give you the runs ither!
