I have read many self-help books. Declutter Your Mind is far and away the best book I've read! The authors have a very clear and seemingly simple way of expressing their ideas; it's almost like you are sitting at a table with them having a conversation. They seem to anticipate what your questions and comments will be and their answers are very clear and to the point. In addition, the print is a perfect size and the pages are not so cluttered or crowded making it seem overwhelming. I am still reading and underlining as I go and that makes it easy to go back and review. After I saw how good this book, I ordered Scott's book on Procrastination and also his Stacking Habits. I'm hopeful. I would definitely recommend this book!
