I was supposed to get 2tb and the comp says 812 gb. 32 gigs turned to 8 on comp. He claims you get Microsoft office lifetime but it was not that when I got it. He tried to change it later telling me to do all these new steps. I did exactly what the box said. I hate misleading sellers. He also gives a hard time on return. He could've sent a new one with correct specs

There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .
