Replacement KIdde CO detector purchase & install.
The unit I purchased replaced my previous KIdde CO detector when the old unit's 10-year life cycle expired. The old unit worked well over the period. I chose a replacement unit that was functionally similar to my old unit. The main feature of the replacement unit is a more detailed display. The unit came wrapped like a mummy in bubble wrap. I simply unplugged the old unit and plugged in the new unit and that was it. Good Ebayer, fast ship, nicely packaged, still sealed in its original blister pack. Old but good.

Excellent CO detector
This is our second of this brand/model CO detector. The first operated problem free for the seven year life span. Easy to operate and understand. It appeared to work consistently by showing the same low level of CO detection when we’d operate our oven or gas fireplace for long periods of time with a closed up house. And the biggest plus.... NO FALSE ALARMS, unlike any smoke detector I’ve tried.
