      I won the bidding auction fair and square that started at $400 with 4 people bidding and I paid $543 and payment was cleared. Seller seems disappointed he didn’t get more money and he immediately re-listed the same item for auction again starting at $400 and couple of hours later he refunded our payment. Is this even legit on eBay? Auctions do not work this way!!! What kind of nonsense is this? I don’t recommend this Irresponsible crybaby seller!!! will be reported to eBay.
