Had a list of issues and shady business practice. 1. the box was marked for parts on top, clearly not the condition of what I ordered 2. pizza stone AND pizza peel was missing, rendering the oven non-functional 3. the oven was in MUCH WORSE condition appearance (dents, rusts) compared to the pictures in the listing. When I contacted the seller, they were trying to push me for a 25% discount to get rid of the product. This is a clear bait and switch.

I did run into a little hiccup with the delivery being inaccurately reported on eBay and DHL as not delivered. When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.

The box was damaged but everything inside of the box was undamaged. Great working with this seller. Great communication. The item was delivered sooner than promised. Will be buying more from RSK Cosmetics in the future.
